Account Manager Finance

Adtraction helps advertisers increase online sales through our network of marketing partners.

Through the course of only a few years, Adtraction has reached a revenue of 500 millions. This growth level is one we have ambitions of maintaining. We are currently six people at the Norwegian office, and the recent five years we have established local presence in Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Finland with more than 50 knowledgeable employees.

Our services are focused on performance based marketing, which means that we and our partners only get paid when we are able to increase the sales of our advertisers. This means that we continuously look for new ways to use digital channels to increase the revenue for our clients, and the ability to navigate and readjust quickly in an industry that continuously changes.

We are looking for a person with genuine interest for digital marketing, who likes to see good results. Experience from banking and finance would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

Tasks:

  • Daily communication with our advertisers and publishers in order to ensure good collaborations and keep improving the results of our Norwegian bank and finance partners.
  • Identify and consult new advertisers within areas with growth potential in the Norwegian market and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Recruit relevant publishers.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education within marketing/finance and/or other relevant education
  • Skills and interest for marketing within bank and finance
  • Updated on the Norwegian bank and finance industry
  • Fluent English and Norwegian

As an Account Manager within finance you will:

  • Actively seek new potential clients and present Adtraction’s solutions through customer meetings.
  • Manage and develop relationships with advertisers and publishers
  • Take care of the daily operations of the services
  • Most important: Help our customers increase their sales online

Adtraction works closely with both customers and colleagues across national borders, which entails some travel and meeting activities. However, most of our communication happens via email, chat, video conferencing and telephone. It is therefore important that you are able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Norwegian and English.
