• Use of words such as FREE LOAN or LOANS FOR PAYMENT REMARKS or GUARANTEED LOANS are strictly forbidden.
• UNSUBSCRIBE: All mail creatives need to contain an active “unsubscribe link”
• When needed, the publisher need to be ready to show opt-in (URL and time stamp) of Users to the newsletter.
• Any association of loans with gambling in any form is strictly prohibited.
• Advertising of credits wherein the total costs exceed the loan amount is prohibited.
• Credit granting should not be the primary means of marketing other consumer goods.

Ensure that all marketing communications and advertisements are truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You should not make any false or unsubstantiated claims about the services, including but not limited to, the potential savings, or the certainty of receiving offers. Any claim made must be verifiable and based on factual information. Misrepresentation of any kind is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of the affiliate partnership.

According to Finnish Consumer Protection Law (KSL 7:8 §) on Consumer Lending, when you are in your message stating about the terms in the loan, i.e. loan sum, loan duration or i.e. interest you always need to inform of the details stated below.

- Palvelu on maksuton eikä sido hakijaa mihinkään.
- Vakuudetonta lainaa voi hakea jopa 60.000 €.
- Maksuaika 1-15 vuotta.
- Rahalaitos on tunnettu ja suosittu lainanvälityspalvelu.

Rahalaitos tunnettuus on korkealla tasolla, sillä mainostamme joka päivä valtakunnallisesti kaikissa eri medioissa.

Komissio on per hyväksytty hakemus. Hyväksyttyjä hakemuksia ovat kaikki ne, joille voidaan tehdä lainatarjous. Käsittelyaika on normaalisti sekunneista seuraavaan arkipäivään.

e-mail: uutiskirjettä ei saa lähettää brändinimellä Rahalaitos, rahalaitos.fi tai sen johdannaisilla. Annettuja materiaaleja tulee käyttää. Posteista täytyy löytyä rekisterilähde sekä toimiva poistolinkki.

Tupla-aika on 30pv, eli saman hakijan hakemus voidaan ottaa tuon ajan jälkeen uudelleen käsittelyyn.

Terms in English:

Commission is per accepted lead. Accepted lead is the applicant that Rahalaitos can make loan offer. Leads are handled real time. The delay from application to lead is from seconds up to next working day.

SEM: It is not allowed to use brand words such as Rahalaitos, Rahalaitos.fi or other similar combinations
Social Media: It is not allowed to make campaigns using brand words such as Rahalaitos, Rahalaitos.fi or other similar combinations
Cashback/reward: It is not allowed
SMS: Ask permission before you send

e-mail: The sender shall be the name of the newsletter/list/database and it's not allowed to use a fictive person or Rahalaitos as a sender. Only given materials to be used.  There should always have to find person register name, unsubscribe link marked in Finnish and it must be working.

Duplicate time is 30 days, after that period applicant application can be handled again.
