General
- Lifesum owns the rights to the content that you as a partner publish on your channels associated with the partnership. Lifesum owns the rights to use the content in all markets and for all time.
- Partners may not associate Lifesum with any health claims such as anti-inflammatory diet, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, that carbohydrates are bad, coconut oil is better than olive oil, etc.
- If the partner receives a discount code, it is considered personal, and the partner may only promote in the partner's approved channel.
- Partners are prohibited from promoting competitors such as myfitnesspal, etc., unless written permission is given.
Content
- If Lifesum believes the content is not consistent with their brand, the partner must remove or modify the content if Lifesum requests it.
- Use and talk about Lifesum in a positive way in your daily life.
- Always use branded content when posting about Lifesum on your social media.
- Do not promote anything under 1600 kcal/day.
Transactions
- Transactions that are not completed due to returns will be reversed.
- Lifesum has the right to reverse transactions made due to (but not limited to) invalid traffic, fraud, fake users, etc.
- Commission is based on a percentage of the order value (excluding VAT) and the price of the order value depends on markets. SEO
- You may not attempt to rank with any branded terms such as Lifesum or similar spellings/misspellings.
- Lifesum counts this as invalid traffic and it will result in reversed transactions.
Paid Traffic
- You may not promote Lifesum with any paid traffic.
