Adtraction acquires Digital Advisor ApS in Denmark
The acquisition strengthens Adtraction’s leading position in the Nordics.
Adtraction has grown to become the leading company in the Nordics in leveraging partnerships for marketing and sales purposes. Over the past years, the company has successfully expanded internationally with local offices in Spain, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, the UK and the Netherlands.
Adtraction has a clear strategy to grow in existing and new markets both organically and through acquisition. In line with this strategy, Adtraction has acquired the Danish company Digital Advisor ApS.
Headquartered in Århus, Digital Advisor was founded in 2013. With recognised clients such as Specsavers, Shaping New Tomorrow and Aarstiderne, the company has a strong market position in Denmark, particularly within the e-commerce vertical. The company has 13 employees with revenues of DKK 45 millions in 2020.
Becoming a part of Adtraction provides Digital Advisor’s advertisers and partners a powerful platform and international distribution.
