Three steps for affiliates to start preparations for Black Friday

Black Friday will be on Friday 29th November 2019 and Adtraction is confident that it will be the sales boom of the year. Are you ready to increase your earnings on this year’s Black Friday?

The concept of Black Friday is spreading rapidly and increasing in popularity. Early readiness is a sure way to enhance earnings and we’re providing you with the necessary steps below.

1. Plan, prepare and update content

One of the challenges affiliates face when promoting shopping events like Black Friday is that deals and promotions aren’t announced far in advance. However, it is not necessary to wait for exact announcements to start preparations.

Prepare as much content as possible with details you currently have available and update it as soon as you access new information. By doing this, you’ll have quality content prepared that can be adjusted as soon as the announcements are being made.

2. Create high quality assets

Take time to create high quality images or videos to accompany your content as these can greatly contribute in optimizing earnings during key shopping days.

3. Do your research

Ensure that every article you write drives as much traffic as possible. Do proper SEO research, define suitable keywords and create your content around these.

It can further be useful to analyse your previous affiliate earnings. Which advertisers have worked well and what sort of content does your audience consume? Base your content plan for Black week on the findings.

In addition, it can be useful to research the broad variety of products offered by Adtraction’s advertisers as part of your content creation process. Create your content around popular products that are primed to convert.

Black Friday offers will be presented at Adtraction’s blog, in newsletters and in the system as soon as possible. Stay tuned!
