Our team has talented individuals who share the common goal to facilitate the increase in demand for quality personal care products in the E-commerce space. Medi Grade reached over £2.5 million in revenue back in 2020. In the same year, we reached over 300,000 customers globally, and our sales have been steadily increasing. It's also worth mentioning that we only launched our website just a few months ago.

We are now bringing our brand to Amazon Canada, the USA, and Mexico. We are still focused on producing and innovating new personal care products in categories such as; ear, skin, and oral care.

Returns

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means a customer has 30 days after receiving their item to request a return or replacement. We are only able to offer a replacement if the item is in stock.

• To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition that a customer received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Commission Rates

• Competitive commission structure.

• Goods returned within the 30 day returns period will not receive a commission payment.

• A commission is paid excluding VAT and P&P on the final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied.
